Reporting a problem

When emailing about a bug, please include your device (e.g. iPhone, iPad, or Mac), the operating‑system version, and a short description of what you were doing. A screenshot helps a lot.

Common questions

How do I remove the ads?
Open Settings → MacCiv Pro → Remove Ads. It's a one‑time purchase and removes ads on all your devices that use the same Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases on a new device.

Does the app work offline?
Yes — modeling and solving work fully offline. Ads only load when you're online.
